 Hello. My progress has gotten better. I have spent more time working on this commercial. I have been working faster. I've realized that it is fun to work on this. I am also learning the different transitions and effects in the app. My phone doesn't auto capitalize my I's. I have to do it manually but it is wasting some time. I have to find a way to turn on the auto capitalization feature on my phone. I'll look up a video to get that done. My mom is very interested on this commercial. She is excited to see the outcome. She told me to confirm any pictures I have with her in it that I was using. She wanted me to put a picture of me in the tub with bubbles when I was a baby but I said no. I am now working faster due to my past experience with editing. When I was working on the commercial, my computer died without saving. So, I had to apply the edits that I lost again. This took up some time that could've been used for other things. Other than that, the process has been going well. My friends see me working on it, and they tell me it looks good. Sometimes the sound glitches but all I have to do is turn off my device and turn it back on.

Filming Blog: The Beginning!

 To be honest, filming was enjoyable and fairly simple. Ludji and I spent the weekend at Mai'Lyia's house so we could shoot. It was easy but challenging at the same time as we were filming. Being videotaped can be uncomfortable at times, but also funny. To get an outstanding video, we had to reshoot a lot of the scenes. We spent almost three hours filming the video which felt like a longer time. Many times, background noise or someone laughing would cause the scenes to sound off, so we would have to start over. We shot in a variety of locations across Mai'lyia's house. We filmed in, the living room, kitchen, back of the home, her room, her sister's room, and her brother's room. The laundry room and dryer in the back of the house served as the primary location or scene for the video. To add even more of an unsettling atmosphere, recordings were made at the back. Editing Blog: Things Switched

 Therefore, while not entirely incorrect, we completed the last task's filming portion incorrectly. The movie is meant to be a movie's opening scene. Rather than that, we filmed an entire short film. They gave me permission to modify this time as I had a fix request. They provided me with assistance when I needed it. But since I claimed to have Davinci Resolve, we decided it would be better for me to edit the movie. Mai'lyia captured a scene outside her home, which we were in need of. I think I will be the one to combine the footage to make it appear like an opening scene. This is done with the intention of not giving away the entire storyline or content. As I chose the fonts, I will provide the text, titles, and information about production and editing. Ludji agreed that it would be better if we skipped over the portion of the phone conversation that involved her and me.
