Production Blog: Almost Complete

 Hello Blog. Every day that goes by, we get closer to finishing our video. Last weekend we filmed. It was fun to film the video. We have new ideas we want to add. We went to Ludji's house and used her brother. I met him and he liked me. I had to use her brother as an extra person in the video. We did not have enough people. In one scene, we had to show someone driving out. We had to ask Ludji's dad if we could use his car. He allowed us to. We stayed there most of the day filming. The editor in our group worked there too. She edited the video which took a while. Our video isn't done yet, but we are getting there. I asked my classmates for feedback. They gave us tips on what to do or add to the video. We will be using those tips to make our video better. We will fix things so the story is portrayed clearer. We want to make sure that when someone sees the video, they don't have to ask us to clarify anything. Overall, things has been going smoothly, but we have things to improve on.

Filming Blog: The Beginning!

 To be honest, filming was enjoyable and fairly simple. Ludji and I spent the weekend at Mai'Lyia's house so we could shoot. It was easy but challenging at the same time as we were filming. Being videotaped can be uncomfortable at times, but also funny. To get an outstanding video, we had to reshoot a lot of the scenes. We spent almost three hours filming the video which felt like a longer time. Many times, background noise or someone laughing would cause the scenes to sound off, so we would have to start over. We shot in a variety of locations across Mai'lyia's house. We filmed in, the living room, kitchen, back of the home, her room, her sister's room, and her brother's room. Editing Blog: Things Switched

 Therefore, while not entirely incorrect, we completed the last task's filming portion incorrectly. The movie is meant to be a movie's opening scene. Rather than that, we filmed an entire short film. They gave me permission to modify this time as I had a fix request. They provided me with assistance when I needed it. But since I claimed to have Davinci Resolve, we decided it would be better for me to edit the movie. Mai'lyia captured a scene outside her home, which we were in need of. I think I will be the one to combine the footage to make it appear like an opening scene. This is done with the intention of not giving away the entire storyline or content. As I chose the fonts, I will provide the text, titles, and information about production and editing. Ludji agreed that it would be better if we skipped over the portion of the phone conversation that involved her and me.
