Therefore, while not entirely incorrect, we completed the last task's filming portion incorrectly. The movie is meant to be a movie's opening scene. Rather than that, we filmed an entire short film. They gave me permission to modify this time as I had a fix request. They provided me with assistance when I needed it. But since I claimed to have Davinci Resolve, we decided it would be better for me to edit the movie. Mai'lyia captured a scene outside her home, which we were in need of. I think I will be the one to combine the footage to make it appear like an opening scene. This is done with the intention of not giving away the entire storyline or content. As I chose the fonts, I will provide the text, titles, and information about production and editing. Ludji agreed that it would be better if we skipped over the portion of the phone conversation that involved her and me. While the opening process should only last a minimum of one minute and fifty-seven seconds, this...
We re-edited quite a bit of content for editing. To start with, my initial plan was to modify our sequence. I edited as I promised. Mai'lyia edited the movie on Alight Motion, but we eventually moved to Danvinci Resolve. Using a split screen at the start of the movie was another thing we adjusted. That's the reason Ludji and Mai'lyia were facing each other the way they would if they were face to face. The screen was split to indicate that they were in different locations. The video clips in which they were conversing were also cut. It was clear from the lengthy gaps in between each exchange that they weren't actually speaking on the phone. I realized how long the videos were, so I cut them. The film's title was another item we revised. We used a typeface named "horror," however that font wasn't there on the website we utilized, as I noted in my blog post regarding titles and fonts. Additionally, I had to change the title because there is a s...
We started editing. Editing our film proved to be quite challenging as we grappled with differing opinions on its direction. Complicating matters further, we edited the film over FaceTime, hindering our ability to collaborate face-to-face. We were having issues understanding what as required. Initially, we deliberated on the title sequence and the opening shot, having already settled on the font but entertaining some last-minute ideas. Unfortunately, these last-minute ideas were non-negotiable due to their prior mention in our blogs. We decided to feature Mai'lyia's in part of the film, showcasing details like the title, actors, and production company. However, an unexpected realization during editing added to our frustration. The instructions specified that we were creating an opening sequence for a movie, emphasizing the challenge of capturing the essence of a film's beginning. This, particularly frustrating for me as the one who discovered it, led to the need for adjustm...
