Health and Safety

To make sure that we are safe, we have our parental guardians watching us create he opening scene and monitoring the things we do. If we need to go somewhere, we will ask the parental guardians for permission to and if it is safe. We have fast contact to 911 if we need it or if something goes wrong in the film developing process.

In the scene where Ludjmilla is doing laundry, we will have the parents supervise us so they can make sure we don't break the machine or that nobody gets hurt during the process. Also, if there are any scenes where the victim has to kill their stalker, we will make sure that it is with a safe object and that we do the scene with supervision.

Schedule

1/30/24-1/31/24

Filming process will begin. We will start filming the beginning scenes and edit while we film so that the process can be quicker and easier. We will also do the voiceovers and any extra things needed in the film during these days.

2/12/24-2/14/24

The filming process will be finished and the editing will be all that's left to complete. We will review the whole film from top to bottom and analyze things that need to be fixed and adjusted.

We will be filming at Mai'lyia's house.

 To be honest, filming was enjoyable and fairly simple. Ludji and I spent the weekend at Mai'Lyia's house so we could shoot. It was easy but challenging at the same time as we were filming. Being videotaped can be uncomfortable at times, but also funny. To get an outstanding video, we had to reshoot a lot of the scenes. We spent almost three hours filming the video which felt like a longer time. Many times, background noise or someone laughing would cause the scenes to sound off, so we would have to start over. We shot in a variety of locations across Mai'lyia's house. We filmed in, the living room, kitchen, back of the home, her room, her sister's room, and her brother's room. Editing Blog: Things Switched

 Therefore, while not entirely incorrect, we completed the last task's filming portion incorrectly. The movie is meant to be a movie's opening scene. Rather than that, we filmed an entire short film. They gave me permission to modify this time as I had a fix request. They provided me with assistance when I needed it. But since I claimed to have Davinci Resolve, we decided it would be better for me to edit the movie. Mai'lyia captured a scene outside her home, which we were in need of. I think I will be the one to combine the footage to make it appear like an opening scene. This is done with the intention of not giving away the entire storyline or content. As I chose the fonts, I will provide the text, titles, and information about production and editing. Ludji agreed that it would be better if we skipped over the portion of the phone conversation that involved her and me.
